Scope: 15 RTU controls swap out and 11 FPB/VAV's

Programming Scope: This project utilized the canned Honeywell program. My scope was installing the controllers, graphics and close out. Another tech performed P2P and ensuring units were configured.

Summary: The engineering for this project should have been field engineered. There were multiple items that could have been streamlined which would have prevented some rework and decreased scope. I was tasked with installing the controllers at the units, then took over after P2P to finish graphics and ensure a smooth close out.

VAV_1 is the RTU for the VAV's and FPB's. Gas heat had a heat exchanger with a hole, which lead to a sales lead to the owner direct account associate.

The FPB's and VAV's were all relativized even though they had slight differences in heating stages. This was done using the Degradation option.
