Project O

Scope: Integrate to over 80 Trane VAV's on Comm4 network, 6 new RTU's, a few exhaust fans, a dozen VAV's served by an RTU for the office space.

Programming scope:

1. RTU staging, including lead/lag depending on demand.
2. VAV/FPB's were integrated via Comm4. RTU which serves these units controls to DSP which is a trim/respond based on damper position.
3. Integrate to Wattstopper Jace and lighting controls, which was a tough integration.
4. After the project ended, we had an additional project to integrate a new UPS and Generator into the supervisor.
